Kitacon was fabulaaarrssee just as I expected!
Met some fantastic people and had a lot of fun on the Sunday flailing with the guise in the DBZ group! 8D
Now preparing for Expo as the cosplays I wanted for Kita I couldn't do so...onward!!
Hopefully will have Goten and Aveline for Expo next month!
Ima too lazy to write a proper journal so thats all for now!
BUTT before I go...you will see I have actually uploaded some new photos. Like...its been a year since I've done that right? xD Yaaaaayy for activityy!!

Its only two days so ima only taking one cosplay because its far (10 hour train journey woop!) and I'm incredibly lazy!

In all honesty...I just wanted a new journal on my front page. xD

Time for a new journal since my last update was June? I think so.
WARNING; This journal contains sappiness, voting requests and lotsa ramblings.
So. First things firstly, thanks to everyone who sent me birthday well wishes! Its a little odd as I hate my birthday and never like to make a fuss - though I still got fussed over! - which was nice! So thank you all once again!
Secondly. You all MUST for kami's sake go and vote for this lovely laydee in the Otaku House Cosplay Idol. You can vote for more than one person - so make sure shes one of them! You'll all know her as the lovely and talented and shes currently a finalist in the competition so lets make that finalist into a winner!

Thirdly. I am such a bad cosplayer. I don't think I have taken ANY pictures or made ANYTHING or even bothered to do ANYTHING cosplay related since May. In fact the only thing I made for Alcon were my new Goku boots. And thats it xD I've become so lazy BUT that all should hopefully change! I have got some awesome cosplays planned - so fingers crossed I pull myself together and get them sorted!
Fourthly. I'm back at Uni and boy am I already feeling the pressure. So. Much. TO READ. D8 My mind is exploding between Uni and workkk!!!
Fiftly. I hate Christmas. I am a scrooge. That is all.
Sixthly. I am So EFFIN' excited for next week. Why may you ask? Well. Thursday the absolutely lovely Dani is coming all the way down to see meh! We are Dragon Age'ing it up with Pizza and noms and Avelinnnneeeeeeeeeeee 8D I FINALLY GET TO PLAY THIS GAME!! XD
THEN. SATURDAY. The fantabulous lovelies Nessie, Kherrigan, Laura, Kelly, Jenn, Becca, Charlotte, Michael, Dan and Toby will be herrrrreeeee!!!! 8DDDDDD *flails*
And all to celebrate *belatedly* mine and the lovely Kherrigans (slightly early!) birthday in a most fabulous birthday shindig! Cannot waiiittt!! Should be a most awesome weekend!!! 8DD
So muchly to look forward to. I'm so excited cos not only is the party itself at a most AWESOME location but I haven't seen this lot for a while and I cannot wait to see them all again!!! Well. I say a while. Its been like a month since Alcon. Alcon. Which was a most FANTASTIC weekend. Alcon. In which I had the most awesome fooking time! Despite getting really arsey with the stupid fooking FANBOYS to Little Kuriboh. Seriously guys. Leave the poor dude alone! My main character buddy shall know all about my anger and rage quitting my cosplay in the middle of the street and stripping xD FUN TIMES. xD
ALAS. Other than that. It was a most awesome weekend! I met some absolutely fantastic people there! And I got to see everyone else who I have missed! Living in the end of England is sooch a painn!!! xDD
I also bought some really cool Dragonball bits and bobs. ;D
Seventhly. I need an Xbox in my life. SO BAD. Why my you ask? THIS. IS. EFFIN'. WHY.

So.
I actually did it.
And I cannot believe it.
And I cannot be any more happier with myself than I am now.
I ACTUALLY passed my first year of Universityyy.
Its really weird because you have no idea how much, deep inside, I thought I was due to fail. I hoped I wouldn't. Prayed to fookin' Kami I wouldn't. Still thought I would. And to hell with everything as I FOOKIN' HAVE 8D
Its only first year. Which, to be honest, doesn't in any manner, count toward my final degree BUT, this year has been hard for me. I have tantrums, mental breakdowns, flip outs, threaten to drop out of Uni so many times and still sit in the library for 36 hours straight in order to meet deadlines and after all that, I'm still here. I probably shouldn't be as proud of the achievement as I am, but A LOT of people drop out after their first year at Uni and I am so glad that I have managed to prove, to mostly myself, that I can actually do this.
I also managed to prove to my own Mother, whose faith in me has been oh so strong xD, that I CAN survive Uni. Her reply to my text of 'I passed my first year!' was, and I DIRECTLY quote:
'Thank fuck for that!
'Thanks Mum! Love ya too! xD She does care, seriously, but she has weird ways in which she shows it! xD I haven't recieved my final first year grades yet, but from the work I have handed in so far they have all been average, Seconds mostly aka C's, then the odd B here and there so I am striving to make sure next year I have all firsts! (A+!)
But yeah. So bloody happy right now. *happy dances*
Ima off to do something. I don't know. Probably watch some more Dragonball Z. Ima watching from the beginning again and up to Future Trunks coming in and kicking Freeza's ass. Trunks. He be so beautiful. 8D <3
